"I am the youngest racer on the British and European Skier X circuit - I am also the most committed. My physical programme is tough and combines rugby training three times a week with a cardio/weights programme in the gym".

 

"My goal this season is to settle into Europa Cup competition and get some solid results".

 

 

2009 is an important year as Martin is studying for his A levels at Bearwood College, Sindlesham in Berkshire. When he is not studying he spending most of his time in the Gym or out with the dogs on his mountain bike. While ski cross was made for Martin and his skiing style, he has also been able to find a great balance between 'full-on' training and family life.
